After Kirk van Kuyt successfully defeated a monstrous cyclops that was terrorizing the tiny village of Beans, the village rewarded him with the Big Ol' Mallet of Beans so that he may continue to protect the innocent for the rest of his life.
Kirk van Kuyt had beaten the cyclops with his bare hands, suffering no more than a stubbed toe, but he graciously accepted the gift and carried the Big Ol' Mallet of Beans with him wherever he went.
